Hello, I’m Claire. I’m a Senior Lecturer in User Experience at the School of Creative Technologies, University of Portsmouth.   I am Course Leader for the BSc Digital Media degree programme and I contribute to the delivery of core and specialist units in design and user experience across a range of Creative Technology undergraduate units within both the BSc Digital Media and BSc Creative Media Technologies. I love museums, digital things & what people think of them. My research focuses on digital technologies and their impact on engagement and user experience in a cultural heritage context. I am particularly interested in the implications of digital innovation projects in museums and their bearing on visitor engagement and institutional change.
